Strategic Planning Committee

Committee Purpose

To ensure the Association's Strategic Plan is reviewed at least annually, and reflects the needs of the Association.

Committee General Functions

• To review the Strategic Plan at least annually or as often as necessary when circumstances require more frequent reviews to be sure it continues to address current OTAC membership needs.
• To follow Policy & Procedure 102 in the preparation of the Strategic Plan.
• To track the progress of the current Strategic Plan.
