Come learn about the current status and updates on the “Credentialing Initiative.” As occupational and physical therapists, our professional training meets the requirements for a school-based services credential (Cal. Educ. Code §44268), yet we are currently unable to obtain such a credential. A credential signifies an elevated level of professionalism within the educational system and validates status as highly qualified related service providers. We will also be responding to questions from the last town hall meeting that was on May 6, 2021.
