This hybrid experience partners mentees and mentors to take this leadership
learning journey together. It is a hybrid experience that launches with a
day-long in-person orientation at the OTAC Annual Conference (Nov. 8) and then
five virtual modules with pre-work, live meetings, and self-reflection. Anyone
can register for this Orientation, but the program is open only to members.
