Committee Purpose
To ensure the Association’s Strategic Plan is reviewed and updated annually to reflect the needs of the Association. The OTAC vice president chairs this committee.
Committee General Functions
- To lead the Board of Directors’ annual review and update of the Strategic Plan for adoption by the OTAC Board of Directors at the final Board meeting of the fiscal year. The timing of the adoption should coincide with the adoption of the Association’s annual budget by the Board of Directors.
- To coordinate documentation and track progress of the Strategic Plan with the Board secretary. Coordinate with the other Board officers and executive director as needed. Provide report for each Board of Directors meeting.
- To report the progress to the Association membership at least twice per year through the Association newsletter. Recommended reporting times are mid-fiscal year and end of year.
