Join the 2024 OTAC Annual Conference Keynote Speaker, Ada Boone Hoerl, MA, COTA/L, for a lively introduction to the purpose and power of WHY. In this interactive session, participants will engage in facilitated discussion and activities to begin defining our personal WHY and introduce how we can use WHY in our daily lives, at home and work. Included in the presentation will be the audio recording of Hoerl’s keynote presentation, Purpose and the Power of WHY, as a foundation for discussion.
Learning objectives:
- Define the influence of passion, vision, and awe in articulating our WHY.
- Identify personal and professional factors that influence our WHY.
- Examine the role of WHY in strengthening your professional voice.
